If Pen Before Phone isn't for you, you get your money back. Here's how it works.

15-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions and no forms to justify.

How to ask

1. Open the purchase confirmation email from Hotmart, or sign in to your Hotmart account and go to your purchases.
2. Choose Pen Before Phone: 30 Days and request a refund.
3. Or simply write to support@penbeforephone.com with the email you used to buy, and we'll take care of it.

When the money comes back

Hotmart returns the full amount to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank, usually a few business days and sometimes up to one or two billing cycles on credit cards.

After a refund

Access to the members area ends when the refund is processed.
