Pen Before Phone is operated by José Eduardo Andrade Junior, an individual based in Brazil ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@penbeforephone.com. By using penbeforephone.com or buying Pen Before Phone: 30 Days (the "journal"), you agree to these terms.

What you get

The journal includes guided audios, journal pages and related content, delivered through a members area run by Hotmart. A new day opens each morning after your purchase. Your access doesn't expire.

Buying

Purchases are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Hotmart's own terms of use also apply to your purchase. The price is shown in US dollars and charged once.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. See the refund policy for details.

Personal use only

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the journal for yourself. Please don't share your login, resell, republish or distribute the audios, pages or text, and don't use them in a commercial product or course. Everything in the journal belongs to Pen Before Phone and is protected by copyright.

Not therapy or medical care

Pen Before Phone is a self-reflection tool. It isn't therapy, counseling, medical care or advice, and it doesn't replace professional help. If you're going through a hard time or thinking about harming yourself, contact a health professional or your local emergency number right away.

No guarantees of results

People use the journal in different ways and get different results. We don't promise any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

The journal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the journal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
